ROUTE FOR THE MEDIEVAL CHURCH OF SANTA FORADA FROM VILLAGGIO DELLE MIMOSE
It is a green oasis very close to the city and the sea, born as a holiday resort in the 60s, now it is chosen by most people who want to reside there permanently throughout the year, thanks to its proximity to the capital Cagliari. The village is served by fast fibre Internet, public transport (bus) and a school bus to neighbouring counties and is therefore attractive as a first home for families with children or for those who want to work from home in a peaceful and idyllic environment without feeling too isolated.
A few minutes by car is The Frutteto (The Orchard) which has a small market, bar, pizzeria, restaurant, pool and sports fields. Also, the large Water Park called Diverland is only a couple minutes further down the road.
