Assuming we manage to find you the perfect property our goal is then to get you the best deal, it is a common practice for the seller’s agent to give up their normal buyer’s fee (typically 3-4% of the purchase price) to the buyer’s agent if they have one, and if this happens then any costs incurred in the property finder process will be deducted from this fee making our finder service FREE.
