This Mediterranean-style villa offers a quiet and comfortable escape, set high on a hill with sweeping views of the sea. Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and lush native vegetation, the home blends into its natural surroundings and benefits from constant sea breezes that keep it pleasantly cool, even on the hottest summer days. Three shaded terraces provide the perfect setting to enjoy the view in peace and privacy.

The villa spans two floors and approximately 150 square meters, offering generous space for families or groups of friends. It features two double bedrooms and a room with two single beds for children, all located on the upper floor. This level also includes a shared full bathroom with shower and an additional separate toilet. An outdoor hot-water shower is also available. 

The interior is furnished with antique pieces that give the home character and warmth. The living area is large and full of natural light, with windows that overlook the bay. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, while air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay. All bedrooms have their own AC unit, except for the ground-floor suite, which benefits from natural ventilation. Additional units are located in the living area and sleeping quarters entrance.

Outside, guests can enjoy a garden area with a swing, a deck chair, and a practical outdoor dining space with built-in seating.

Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of the property.

Available between 17:00 and 22:00. We kindly ask you to share your flight number and estimated arrival time when booking.

Late Check-in is available for an additional 25 EUR per hour after 22:00 payable upon arrival.
