The villa approximately 150 square meters, offering generous space for families or groups of friends. It features two double bedrooms and a smaller twin room decorated for kids and with two single beds. There is a full family bathroom with shower and an additional separate toilet. An outdoor hot-water shower is also available.

The interior is furnished with antique pieces that give the home character and warmth. The living area is large and full of natural light, with windows that overlook the bay. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, while air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay. All bedrooms have their own AC unit. Additional units are located in the living area and sleeping quarters entrance.
