The house is surrounded on four sides by a mature garden of 1000 sqm with lush vegetation and offers plenty of shade on the hottest hours of summer with privacy and tranquillity.
The location
Villa Oli is part of Villaggio delle Mimose, a holiday village that sits within the protected national nature reserve of the Seven Brothers, and surrounds the property in all directions making for spectacular views. You can be hiking or biking the surrounding Mountains from your doorstep or just enjoying the tranquil nature in the village while you breath deep the clean pine scented air.
In less than 30 mins by car, you can reach the crystal-clear waters of the gulf of Cagliari with its many white sand beaches and including the marine reserve of Capo Carbonara.
Only 5 km away there is a water fun park called Diverland and a golf course is only 12 minutes’ drive.
Nearby you will find small family-run farm shops where you can buy all kinds of food from vegetables to goat milk, fruit and honey, and have breakfast with fresh eggs.
Guests are advised to have their own transport. However, at the entrance of the Village, it is possible to catch a bus that takes you to central Cagliari which arrives hourly.
Guest access
The guest will have access and use of the entire villa except for one locked room where the owner keeps their personal belongings.
