The bathroom is large and luxurious and the living room with kitchenette opens via a French window onto a large habitable balcony overlooking the sea and is ideal for eating outdoors and enjoying the wonderful sunsets.
To the rear is a garden with deck chairs, a barbecue and a dining area which is shared with the neighboring apartment.
It is lucky enough to be away from the road so it enjoys an extraordinary tranquillity. The apartment is located just 20 meters from the sea and under the house, taking a few steps, you will have a beach with two sunbeds and an umbrella for exclusive use to enjoy the sea. The beach is pebbly, ideal when it’s windy, and has been expertly organized to allow easy access to the sea for swimming, water sports such as kayaking and snorkelling in the crystal clear water. Sandy beaches are only a few minutes away.
