That’s why we use our Security Protocol: a simple, respectful process we apply to certain properties to keep things safe, private, and professional, for everyone involved.
Think of it as a way to open doors only to the right people, avoiding time-wasters, surprises, or awkward situations. It protects homeowners and helps serious buyers enjoy a smoother, more organised experience.

Why is it required before a viewing?
Because opening the doors of a home is a sensitive matter. We want to make sure that every visit involves genuinely interested, qualified, and verified individuals.
What does the protocol involve, in practice?
Before scheduling a visit, we kindly ask for:
- A short introductory call (5 to 10 minutes) via phone or video
- Some preliminary questions about:
- Your available budget
- Any mortgage pre-approval
- Desired property features
- Expected timeframe for purchase
- Whether you need to sell another property first
- A valid ID
- Verifiable contact information
- Signing a confidentiality agreement, when required
Does it take a lot of time?
Not at all. The whole process takes less than 10 minutes. It simply ensures the viewing is useful, professional, and secure for everyone involved.
What happens after the call?
If your profile matches the property, we’ll schedule the viewing immediately. If not, we’ll offer you alternative options that suit your needs.
What if I prefer not to share this information?
We fully respect your decision. However, for certain properties, we cannot proceed with a viewing unless the protocol has been followed.
