Location
Margine Rosso is the perfect position on the Quartu coast, from where in the same day you can go between the vibrant historic city of Cagliari, the many enchanting beaches dotted along the south-east coast and the epic mountains of Sette Fratelli.
The Villa is only a few minutes’ drive from the popular Poetto beach where you will find the longest white sand beach in Sardinia and plenty of entertainment, including beach bars, restaurants, boat hire, the marina and even a small fun fair. You can also admire the pink flamingos in the Molentargius park just behind Poetto beach and a little north towards Sette Fratelli mountains you will find the Diverland water park which is perfect to keep the kids entertained all day.
The Space
This splendid villa is furnished to a high standard and offers the perfect combination of elegance and functionality for an unforgettable holiday in Sardinia.
Upon entry you will be greeted by a bright living area, which opens onto a large lawned garden and a barbecue for tasty evenings outdoors. Two furnished verandas offer the ideal setting for enjoying meals in the open air, immersed in the tranquillity of the surrounding nature.
On the ground floor, you will find a cozy reception and indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals with fresh local ingredients. An additional bathroom completes this level.
Upstairs three comfortable bedrooms and the master bathroom await you. The large master bedroom with a private balcony, a smaller double bedroom and large single bedroom, all carefully furnished to ensure maximum comfort and privacy. An elegant and modern bathroom is available on the upper floor. In the hall you will also find a practical work corner, equipped with a desk, for those who wish to have a space to work even during holidays.

The guest will have access and use of the two main floors of the villa during their stay.
