Negotiation

Facilitating negotiations between the tenant and the owner with the goal to find a fair and satisfactory agreement for both parties.

Contract

Drafting and managing lease agreements to ensure compliance with current legislation and protect the interests of both parties.

A beautiful, quietly located house with a large garden. The covered terrace/ veranda (incl. Seating). The large, fenced property gives you a lot of privacy and can enjoy the time very undisturbed.The hostess Valeria was very nice, accommodating and helpful.
